What type of cuisine does Txori serve?

Txori serves Spanish-inspired tapas and pintxos that have elements of the Basque region of Spain. The menu will feature an assortment of small plates, as well as a selection of fresh seafood, charcuterie items, Spanish wines, sangria, and specialty hand-crafted cocktails made to enjoy while socializing.

What are tapas?

Tapas are classic Spanish small plates. At Txori, we encourage guests to share many different types of tapas so they can sample all the various flavors of each dish throughout their meal.

What are pintxos?

Pintxos (pronounced peen-choss) are small basque-style bites typically served on toasted bread. This style of dining has been prevalent in Northern Spain for decades and it's also a staple part of Txori's dining experience.

Does Txori offer wine and cocktails?

Yes! We'll have a wide range of Spanish wines, sangria, sherry, hand crafted cocktails made with imported spirits, and curated drink pairing recommendations to enhance the enjoyment of our tapas and seafood options.

Is Txori good for date nights?

We absolutely would recommend Txori for this occasion. Many guests come here because of the romantic atmosphere created by the warm lighting, the cozy seating area, and the relaxed evening dining environment.

Do you offer seafood dishes?

Yes. In addition to traditional tapas, we offer a number of Spanish inspired seafood options such as grilled squid, salted cod fritters, mussels and other varieties of seafood.
