Txori, a contemporary take on Spanish Tapas & Pintxos in Seattle's energetic Belltown Neighborhood. Txori has been built upon the tradition of warm hospitality that defines both Basque and Spanish dining cultures; a venue for slowing down to savor extraordinary cuisine, craft beverages and connect with others over an authentic tapas-style meal.

Each dish at Txori is intended to inspire connection. Our menu showcases a variety of bold flavors and fresh ingredients in small, shared portions inspired from the bustling pintxos bars found throughout San Sebastián, Spain and the inviting wine bars of the country. In addition to the selection of our traditional tapas and seafood-based options are a carefully curated collection of Spanish wines along with crafted cocktails; all aspects of the dining experience have been considered to provide a lasting impression.
